Can we retune around new exhaust please?

With the overabundance of exhaust, it was necessary to correct its force.

Thank you, lethality.

That means, however, that atk spd champions are once again very strong.

I don't mind meta shift, I love it. However, can we take a second pass now at all of the atk spd reliant champions and take a closer look at what this, rather significant, buff to them has now done?

Thanks.

EDIT: It's late, made a comment about Yi i shouldn't have. <3

Yeah, yi is a terror now.

Sometimes I feel like Rito is just making changes in the dark, not thinking through or giving a rats ass about ramifications.

sarcasm right?

Please explain to me how he is any different, because Exhaust never affected him in the first place other than damage reduced (true damage isnt affected by exhaust and he has true damage active)

And the as slow doesn't affect yin either. This nerfs yi more than it buffs him.

I used exhaust on a Xin, and he still 3shot me with his Talon Strike. Like wtf?

i thought of that when they nerfed exhuast and made a healing mastery key for slows that proc ardent so now i'm using nunu support :3

Yi wasn't affected by exhaust nerf because Attack speed slows never applied when he was ulting anyways And he isn't a threat without his ult

What are you talking about, Yi was never affected by exhaust atk speed or ms debuff, that's why he was a perfect counter to nasus, and other debuff champs like nunu.

How was yi affected? His ult makes him ammune to attack speed and move speed slows and his makes him due a sizable amount of true dmg on hit, which can't be amplified or reduced

Ideally I'd say it's too early to nerf anyone like Vayne or Kogmaw or something and we should wait and see HOW it affects them instead of taking preemptive measures by nerfing them before we see a problem.

But Riot probably just doesn't care one way or the other.

Not that I'm on the hate Riot train, but we all know their skin and lore team are amazing while their balance team... seemingly makes random choices.
