Flex Match Making is such BS

It's like im over here trying to make the grind for gold at least on flex and I will na.op.gg or lolnexus the enemy team and see they have like two plats or a diamond and im like how is this even fair? It's always ridiculous I'll have like a bronze player and silver and the rest is gold meanwhile enemy team has two plat players a diamond player and silver like can riot pls fix this match making system it tilts me so much on how unfair this ranking system is with flex.
