I figured out the reason Azirs 'E' Feels so clunky
Basically, the ability works like Jarvans flag used too. It thinks it is a ground targeted ability.
I will explain. If you make a guy, then try to use E, but you use E out of the E range, you will walk to where you try to use it, then jump to the guy, even if the guy was in your range the whole time. This means that even if you have a guy in range, if you cast it outside its total range, you will try to walk to where it was "cast"
Here is a video where I show it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LScdoXq7hAM&feature=youtu.be Basically, I spawn a guy, then use E outside of its max range. For some reason, despite the fact that the only place i can jump to is easily in my range, Azir tries to walk to where I cast it before he jumps. Even if it means moving backwards. Very silly.
Fixing this would make him SO much more fluid.
