Since you said that his gameplay changes are done and almost locked on but his VU is still far away ( core fantasy still not locked) can you possibly deliver theise gameplay changes and then follow with the VU at a later time?

pretty sure they have different teams, 1 for visuals and 1 for gameplay and they work simultaneously, whoever gets their shit done first determines what gets released first

what i heared is that Taric skillset is done but they have problems with his theme/visuals.
Heimendinger have some kind of this treatment, so they can make the same of Taric, but ist better show both (Kit and VU) together.
