getting real sick of hackers in my games now. first a 0 armor pen fiora makes mince meat of my rammus. then im vs an ekko with NO BOOTS outrunning everyone with ease. only way i can catch him is by slowing him. with me having upgraded boots as well. and building FULL MR BUILD. STILL BURSTING ME DOWN. i call that hacking. hope those fuckers i reported get perma banned im getting seriously sick and tired of teh hackers.

Typically, the cheating you will see is called scripting, which is where programs take actions for you in the game.
Edit: Fiora has true damage in her kit, which penetrates armor. Ekko's passive gives him a movespeed boost after he hits an enemy three times.

Ekko's passive gives 80 percent movement speed at higher levels of his passive, causing an ekko to sometimes not need boots(the passive also makes slow effects on ekko less strong).

As for her being a hacker, no hacker that could hack till the degree of damage amplification would be in bronze. She was simply fed and she beat you purely on basic stats. If she could damage hack she would also actually only build health as it would prevent her from dying.
Your whole assumption that she is hacking based on the fact that I guessed partially wrong of your 5 rules of text.
Don't just insult people because you made a post with barely any information in it that keeps people guessing, it makes you look really bad.
