I've been playing since season 2, and I play with my index finger, and i've gotten used to it. Recently I made 1 mistake confusing which key to press but it rarely ever happens, however since it did happen, I was wondering if my finger positioning really matters, I tried to play with QWE and pinky on tab, however my main problem with that is leveling up a skill which is hard since I press ctrl + to level up and I couldnt reach it.

Reaper Soraka1 votesWell for me it let me know where my F key was so I didn't really need to look down to guide where my hand was or feel around for the little bump on it. You could do it with any key of your choosing.
It's how I learned the left half of my keyboard at least. :P

But, keyboards already have a little raised line on the F, the J and the 5 on the numeric pad so you can feel them without looking. :-)

Minimal hand movement makes for the fastest reaction times.
What you use in relation to others doesn't matter. You just have to find what works the best for you. Same applies to any game with custom keybinds.

I play Pinky Q Index R or F depending on whenever Flash or my ult was on cooldown so I've have it faster.
