im only seeing vayne and mf destroying everything while other adc's gets roflstomped by brusier champs/assasins/mages.

The Vayne buffs where pretty minnor. Her lane fase got a lot weaker. She's still a strong pick because of the meta but their are other picks right now that can perform just as good:

Wombo
Oneshot
Roaming
Just as always
Still strong
I hate
Guinsoo

Utility

The marksmen pool is a lot bigger than it used to be. Dashing adc's are still pretty popular like always but that's just how the game is designed. With Poppy on the rise we might see Ezreal again that just didn't make this list. Twitch can be really strong but games are to short to fully utilize him yet.

I have no problem with getting stomped by an assassin but pls Riot make last whisper viable again so that Vayne isn’t the only playable adc in SoloQ

it would be fine if it would be like 30% armor pen and then the other stuff but bonus armor pen is just the worst thing ever(for example Mordekaiser has 83.8 base armor!). Not to mention that item 3123 needs to have a way to be combined with item 3034 , because normally Someone with high Hp regenhas high healt stats

Not when the enemy is squishy.

Also, 45% bonus armor pen seems good until you realize that it is ONLY against BONUS armor - meaning that it is worse than the old Last Whisper unless the enemy is a full tank with more than 400 armor.

Lucian got nerfed, why do you think he got nerfed? Graves same here Caitlyn same here Draven still insanely strong like a nuclear bomb

in the end of the day, Corki Quinn are still niche picks in mid lane, Ezreal Varus are still trash because no buffs, Twitch was nerfed because the balance team is on weed.
