The bug apparently had something to do with disgustingly high exp gain and gold generation, I don't think it was an issue with the item.

he was disabled cause all the minions would bug at the enemy base so no minions were coming out of the base but they were dying automatically and zed was getting all the gold and xp. the video i saw he was lvl 17 and everyone else was lvl 7
