the enemy team do not have any map control in my side so I forgot to upgrade it in these games lol. Adaptive Helm is very amazing item it gives you flat mr and hp, and some bonus in tanking ability damage (at least you can tank 1-2 shots from AP). The enemy AP champion has less threat in this patch.

thats actually pretty great to hear. Barely played Tanky Support champions, but i think ill try it out this weekend with all these new items!

ya you can try. my building order is Eye of the Equinox --> Boots -> Knight's Vow -> Adaptive Helm.
