Both of them have insane late game damage even if they fed the entire game.
It doesn't have to be a low limit it can be like 250 or 300 stacks and their passives stop stacking.
Theres no counterplay against a Veigar with 1000+ ap's R or Q
you can stop /limit their stacking by killing them or ending the game
You clearly dont understand the point of infinite scaling, or just scaling over full-build. These (Veigar, Nasus) are both good options for a game that you know will drag out to ultra lategame.
Their stacks will only kick in after you all reached full build, because unless Veigar/Nasus is not full build, you can outscale them by just simply being ahead.
250-300 stacks is a very low limit for Nasus. For Veigar it's a pretty depressing limit too.
