How do I solocarry vs a very fed Vi jungle, Irelia top, Akali mid, Leona sup and Quinn adc as Ashe? My teammates are ap lux bot lane (No sighstone, full glasscannon) Ap taric mid, Tank yi top and Sivir Adc top.

it's a 5 v 5 game, sooner you learn that the more games you will win

if you are fed and truly better than your elo, it is not enough to win. you have to make the enemy team feed and lose.

Build differently. Learn to optimize. You're best off going tanky enough to survive a Vi's burst, but enough damage to kill her quickly. And dodge Leona's CC.

Or ult VI when she dives you and finish her off with 2 auto's (depends on her build).

Or have Lux poke with 600 dmg E's all day, with Taric stun and Lux Q ready for peel.

Your team peels for you or you lose. I was fed as Jinx against a Yi the other day and since my team had no peel we lost. If your team has no peel against an assassin who can burst you down or has resets - Kat and Yi especially - dodge those games. If they have a little bit of sense they'll focus you and you will lose.

People say that you can't lose games in champ select... I disagree.
