Taliyah

I'm not the one to ever seggust nerfs point blank to champions but Taliyah has been out for a bit and she needs some changes.

Her R duration per rank should be cut by 2 seconds each rank so 4/5/6 from 6/7/8. Seeing taliyah's straight divide a whole team in the middle of a fight. Whether she messes up and puts her own ally, especially a non dashing champion, in harms way all because she messed up her R. Is not really fair. Then if she successfully pulls off her R and is able to cut off enemy champions then her team can capatilize upon it. But there isn't much breathing room for the enemy caught or the ally. The duration lasts way to long for any counterplay on either side.

Lastly her Q. 120% AP ratio when she hits all 5 volleys? Which is easy since she buys rylais to slow enemies with each hit. So she's getting buffed to really spam her Q. Her ratios or base damages needs looking at. The EQ combo is basically one shotting people without using her W. Granite her ult does no damage. But that's broken and needs some tweaks.

I wouldn't say she's over powered But after rylais she is abit out of control in terms of her potential to outkite, and burst. Shes building quite tanky, so bursting her back is hard. She is pointblank tower diving people for kills. Which isnt to bad considering many mages tower dive. But she lacks risk / reward building tanky. Her damage should be looked at since she's building tanky. She shouldn't be bursting people with 1.2k+ health between rylais, roa, liandrys. She should hit hard. Not 100-0.

But she needs a definition in the game whether it be she has early game spikes and falls off late or late game monster with weak early. Either her Q should be base damage orientated or scaling orientated. Somethings gotta give... Her R above all needs changing to the duration and so does her Q.

Have you played her at all. She has lower base values than teemo and she is super hard to play. She also had worked ground to deal with so if your taking 5 vollys to the face then you were out of place.

Also let's throw I'm her win rate of 37%

Win rates don't explain much especially when it comes to low win rate champions. A lot of the champions on the low win rate side of league are actually incredibly strong. They just perform poorly compared to high win ate champions for X reasons. So that argument is invalid. Its not very hard to land her volleys post rylais, Just E for a slow then Q. Furthermore teemo Q (260) 80% Ap. Taliyah Q ( 420 ) 120% AP. E ( 360) 80% AP.

There's a difference between strong champs with low winrates (Lee Sin at 47% for example) and an average Winrate of 34%. Even difficult champs or those who have strange gimmicks or playstyles start out much higher than that (Aurelion was at 48%, Jhin was at 45%). Even Bard, who was unanimously considered under tuned on release by the community and Riot, was higher than 34%. There's a reason why Taliyah was hotfix buffed.

I mean if reducing her Q mana costs is going to help her gain a fluctuating winrate. So be it. But her numbers need looking into and her R duration still can be reduced.

If the numbers really are an issue, and her abilities are as easy to land as you make it out, then we would see that represented in a high winrate. We're not. When enough buffs come in that she can actually stand on her own two feet, then maybe they'll look at things like Wall duration. For now, that powerful gank is almost all she's got.

Teemo q is a point and click taliyah has 5 shots she has to land to deal that damage

The ult would be practically useless since it already does no damage.
