Just delete Kassadin

I mean Riot OBVIOUSLY hates him, cause they nerf him pretty much every other patch... He already has god awful ratio's and decent scaling, but nope nerf his Q some more cause his laning isn't already brutal... I have an idea, you can nerf the Q dmg but AT LEAST make the shield Physical/Magic dmg..

Although as a Kass main the W buff does make me smile a bit, been waiting for a W passive buff... a 15% ratio would be nice too. I know -10 dmg on Q isn't the end of the world.. But it still disheartens me to see more nerfs to Kassadin... Riot needs to do a REAL rework on Kassadin...
