Mage changes

I know this will get downvoted. I know this community knee jerks. I know noone cares.....

These item changes are not finalized....... This is basically a rough draft.

These are not all of the changes coming. This is a small sample.

A lot of the mages will be receiving tweaks. We don't know how this will interact.

Take a deep breath and wait till we know more before condemning changes that we have no way of know how they affect the game till we get all the changes and have a chance to test them out.
