Can We Get Some (more) Quinn Love

We've had some somewhat recent bugfixes to Quinn, but I still think she has some things to work on for her to be a better pick. Her kit and numbers are strong but suffer from a variety of bugs, and an ultimate that can reduce your damage output in certain scenarios. I'd like it if we could see the bugfixes that we've been looking forward to like her vault upon having the enemy flash, or the fact that sometimes your passive applies on minions that are about to die. Bugfixes are a huge part of making Quinn better. Would also love for to be able to proc her passive in bird form. Her entire kit revolves around Quinn and Valor working as a team until she ults and Valor just does all the work. If we could have some way of _ **Quinn **_ applying harrier to targets in Valor form, it would make a lot more sense as well as get rid of those cases where ulting would reduce your damage output, which I have to say is silly.
