He has the third lowest win rate at the moment after the nerf to his global passive.

I don't know what to say... I mean his overall kit is bizarre to the extreme. He had to utilize his global passive to win games because his abilities are so weird.

I mean, he essentially can only do three things: 1) burst people with bombs 2) speed up allies and/or slow down enemies, and 3) revive allies. That's it. Like an infinitely worse version of Kayle.

Should he receive a significant overhaul to his kit? Most likely.

how to fix zill ......

Q) allow for recast to explode the bomb early. W) change mana cost to 20/30/40/50/60. lower timer by 2 secs across the board. E) scale the snare portion to his AP .... if a bomb on a slowed enemy explodes , the snare effects those hit by the bomb. R) increase duration by 1 sec , add in mana/energy to the scaling refund.

all of these changes should be easy. but should be taken gradually.

Hes one of the champs that is either really strong or really weak. Not to mention he makes no sense thematically. Hes a time mage that pretty much only uses bombs and revives people? Why? the e makes sense and I would like to see it stay. I think he definitely needs a rework.

I just believe the wrong people are playing Ziliean... He is a situational champ at most though. Placing the right bomb and speeding up your allies can be a gamechanger if played right. Not to mention you can spam W to reduce the CD on his ult. I don't feel like doing the math but I could use his ult in about half the CD, maybe less.
