Yeah, it's supposed to basically be the same as the old system except you dont have to win to get frags anymore. they also come randomly and in bunches of 2,3 or 4 I believe. I got my four this morning lol

I've only ever gotten one at a time. Do you not play or login often? Maybe that's whats going on, they build up?
