The highest ranking person on my team (Gold III) was the LOWEST ranked player on theirs I'm not saying that Division is EVERYTHING BUT JESUS CHRIST

Looking further into this, the previous loss was the exact same situation with the junglers. Gold V on my team, Platinum V on theirs. Again I know that division isn't everything but that's literally a 5 division difference. That feels so fucking rigged omg

what people need to understand is even if the plat player has a fucked up mmr he is at least better than the gold V so he should not be matched in the same game as him.

This is typical. The match-making system hasn't worked well for a while. It would be interesting to see if Riot had two queues - one faster, one more balanced. Which would people choose?
