Yasuo in the mid lane

So I was just laning vs a yasuo as leblanc mid lane. He had conquerer and rushed MR boots and hexdrinker. I knew I wouldn't be able to fight him anyway so my game plan was wave clear and roam. However he blindly shoved in the wave with unlimited wave clear no mana costs, and then windwalled so that I couldn't even CS under tower. He didn't ward at all however junglers in low gold high silver don't bother punishing players that blindly push mid lane. I feel like its only fair to nerf his wave clear since every other mid laner has had their wave clear nerfed. I got first blood on him but he shoved laned and wind walled so much, he had a huge xp lead and we were even in gold would spam eq and dive me with his ult as soon as he lands q and has ignite.
