@Riot - About Summoner Spells
I have a few questions for members of the balance team regarding summoner spells:
Have you ever considered nerfing flash (downvotes incoming!) and buffing/altering the underwhelming spells like

to promote spell diversity (and thus, game diversity) in games? Here are a few ideas I had about the more underwhelming spells:
I've always wondered if spells like
could be changed so it removes all debuffs (at the expense of a longer CD) or give a spell shield (possibly at lower CD?).
could be buffed so it would have a greater shield (Distinctly greater than the health from
)
could grant slow resist for initiators or tanks in fights, instantly remove current slows, or grant flat movespeed (as opposed to %) that scales by level.
I have an idea for a not-so-new summoner spell that could possibly solve the problem of the weak turrets people are complaining about. This. {{summoner:17}} This could be retuned to possibly make turrets meaningful again. It could be used purely defensively, purely offensively or both. Defensively, it could grant [damage reduction/resistances] and/or give more attack [speed/damage]. Offensively it would do the opposite of such. This is a suggestion I had in mind, thought I'd get a opinion by anyone.
I dunno how this could be made a common pick in most levels of play .. :)
Some curiosity about a topic not many people touch on (nor think about, flash is overwhelmingly picked over everything!)
