Team Builder Music / Champion Select Music
Simply a option to mute it - like a side button in the client? I sometimes find the Team Builder to interfere with other noises and sometimes I don't want to minimize my window.

The client has it's own music and sfx sliders in the options menu. Just click the gear in the upper right hand corner and you should see the sliders.
