bard needs a little something

In my opinion bard needs a power spike at some time in the game because he can only really go supp unlike morg and lulu and he does not have the best kit for things like solo que unlike thresh, naut, and leona who dominate in lower elos so i feel as if bard needs something that does not take him going out of lane and leaving his adc for a big risk that might not pay off. Im not saying making op im just saying give him something more with his kit damage wise because he does not get tons of meeps he can get 2-3 if the game runs on and they do take time to recharge and his Q is only on a .5 ap ratio besides that his heal takes 10 sec to really do anything and the enemy can walk over it and bam you wasted all that mana for nothing. His tunnel is on a long cd that enemys can take with his ult being something that can either really help or just kill your team mates so i am just asking for a little buff to his dps so he can fight in lane and not just sit there trying to poke everytime his meep comes up. His hit is like a lesser sona since sona can stack her passive fast and her ult can do damage and does not have to hurt your team.
