I was looking at some olds posts in the forum, and from what i was reading, Taric and Alistar were like thresh or leona these days, always baned and "op" Why are they underplayed now? Did they get nerfed a lot or? I noticed that hey both have VERY WEAK damage, other tank supports like blitz or leona have much more damage. Is this why they're underplayed?

I never see him, he's probably played in higher elos i guess

W+Q combo is literally the best single/multi target CC in the game.
He is terrible if you can't WQ and have people follow up I guess. More modern supports are just given too many crutches.
Taric has been crap since he got reworked, nerfed, then replaced by Braum.
