It quite literally is the most horrible thing in this game. Give us a way of reporting or removing a person in pre game chat. 4 votes = off the island. "But it can be abused." Used only in solo queue... if the 4 other people don't want to play with you... it's not abuse and it's probably better off that way.

Could incorporate it into the voting off another player. The votes must be unanimous -1. This would mean that that players shouldn't be able to be matchmade with players they were previously in a game with (you know, where a player can point out how bad that player did and get everyone to vote them off)

Now that i think about it, it would be insanely difficult to figure out how to exactly tackle this without just making it something that you can do anytime. I guess. idk. I don't care really.
