Predator's interaction with Ingenious Hunter seems improper.

I was looking at a post on the boards talking about how Ingenious Hunter is underrated (which it is, I use a lot of active items and already knew that) and they mentioned that Predator interacts with it which Is to assume is due to it being in an item slot that you activate. I had actually heard a streamer talk about it while playing Olaf but i merely though they had the two things confused.

**Now on to my point, Predator is not an active item, it is a keystone. I understand the interaction considering how it is activated, but it is a keystone, you purchase the boots not the ability and its only like that due to Riot not wanting to implement a new key function solely for the mastery. But to a bigger point this basically means that you more or less have to take Ingenious Hunter in order to make the most use out of the keystone, as it directly improves it by increasing the up-time on what is essentially a utility tool.

Even if it were to mean buffing Predator, the interaction should likely be removed so that your choices aren't tethered together. The only problem I could see is that the new default becomes Relentless Hunter, but i find that to be less of a problem than Ingenious actively buffing the keystone, as it's like if Sterak's buffed PTA's third proc dmg, only it is an out-of-the way resource that is also free making it even more of an easy choice.
