Can we remove Janna's tailwind passive?

I hate how overbearing this passive is. You can never run away from a Janna and you can never catch a Janna. No matter what you are always outpaced by Janna and her allies. it's disgustingly hidden and really, really oppressive to play against. Yes if you have a dash/blink/etc that can go over a wall you can probably escape, but it always feels disgusting when you get out of a team fight with one kill ahead but the rest of them are healthier and you're trying to get away but there's Janna, sppeding towards you, W > Q and then you're fuckin dead. Please remove this passive.
