balacing the game

u should not nerf solo lanes like riven, u should nerf the junglers inpact in the early levels cause its pretty huge and not enjoyable how a good jungler can make the game insta win from early game with good ganks..

for me atm.. the better jungler wins... ( the jungler with more impact early levels* )
