riven dont need nerfs.. most riven players are feeding in solo q and she need kills to get usefull. you guys are nerfing her snowball over and over again.. someday she will get trashtier if you keep this up. i think riven doest get nerfed cause strong.. just cause of playerbase + riven haters.
she is a risky champ .. u should nerf champs dat are safe and usefull even without kills.. or look at elise holymoly totally free elo atm

She's not risky or kill dependent. You see Rivens feed because she isn't simple to use effectively. She doesn't need to get kills in lane to win games, I used to Ranked 5s with a one trick pony Riven player and he still instantly killed people later on even while losing lane. There's no such thing as "kill dependent", all champions need gold for maximum effectiveness, which is obtainable through minions/monsters, other than some champions.
If she just keeps getting her numbers nerfed, then isn't the problem not how much she's doing something and more of how she is able to do something?
I think a rework would just fix the problem. If done well, we don't have to continually nerf Riven.

Risky? She can outrun any champion with her dash and flips if she is about to die. She is never out of mana, because she doesn't need any. And she can get trashed in lane, and still CC three champions and get a triple kill and make a comeback, easily.
