A thought that came to mind

I was just thinking about if riot could make a new summoner spell what would it be ... i thought Soemthing that grounds people but i thought on its own sounds a bit weak and would barely be chosen for that then i thought .....

Why not make Exhaust ground targets? ofc furtehr balancing around it whether it be removing/nerfing slow or increasing CD... Thinking about it even further it should help deal with this mobility creep as well as provide another good strong choice over the popular ignite and TP
