These changes are going to mean more variety to team comps. It's also going to force marksman to build defensive.

All of this is good and a has been desperately needed. LCS is not going to be the same 10 champions over and over.

One more change, please: LCS plays on same patch as live and no disabled champs on release.

That don't seem too bad.

500AD, we'll say 120 base AD in there. That means 380 bonus AD.

15% of 380 is 57 + 10 = 67AD reduced.

Depending on how they calculate 200% it could either jump to 134AD or 201AD for 6s.

It's basically a defensive version of Black Cleaver as Black Cleaver shreds armor to increase dmg, this blocks it.

Yah sure MasterYi Graves i would love to see this two busted champion get more busted and impossible to kill.
