How do you lane vs a trundle? (Seriously)

Now Im definitely not the best player but I've been able to climb up to gold 1 when I've actually tried to participate in ranked.

So anyways I just went VLAD top vs a Trundle.. and I got a 2 kill lead on him due to turret diving as well as 15+ cs above him. Now since I was already so far ahead I figured I'd have the lead right? No.. this trundle then starts turret diving me and successfully just killing me each and every time we'd fight. I'm literally just asking for tips on facing a trundle haha.. he just heals insanely quick and for a HUGE tank dishes out insane damage.

Tips?

Vlad top is kind of bad in my opinion, since a lot of his strength comes from countering people (mid laners). As Vlad you honestly cant do much but farm.

But to be trundle in general, take ignite and pick a champion that can do well in extended fights like Darius.

Trundle is extremely powerful in a 1v1. If you get ahead, shove your lane out and go roam a bit.

Play someone with a lot of sustain, someone who can kite him, or someone who can ignore his ult engage and fight him.

Vlad, Teemo, Darius, Garen, Illaoi (sometimes), GP, Quinn, Graves, Camille, Rene, etc.
