Okidokie here we go,

so I just finished an extremely frustrating match where no one besides myself seemed confused or cared much (I was the support) and my ADC was a cait, anyways so in the beginning she immediately died and had about 4 CS score, vs 35 from twitch. I tried teaching her how to last hit and she said she was new at this (Ok) mind you everyone was around level 16-25 ok. So of course our lane got crushed and she went 3/14 NOW.. towards the end of the game I had 59 CS as janna and she had a mere 64 CS for a 36 minute game... (ouch).. okay my question is do they read the chat AFTER the game has ended? because I said she must of either purchased her account or is playing on a friends account. She then said she was playing on her friends account.. so do they read the chat once the game has finished? and is this not a reportable offense? I did report her.. but only for intent feeding unfortunately.

The Instant Feedback System does not pull logs from the lobby chat, but it is still saved and can be read in a manual review. Just annotate in the report description that it was in the lobby, or you can submit a ticket with screenshots if the offense is severe. I recommend you simply inform them of the harm account sharing can cause to the competitive integrity of matchmaking and that they can lose their account for it.

idk from your post it sounds like she is just bad and not doing anything intentionally also sounds like this was normals so dont worry bout it
