Riot we need a new armor item for mages.

Im not asking for some Quick silver sash item. Im not asking for some new item that will fit into any build. Im asking for a armor item that builds out of Seekers armguard and gives mana regen at the same time. Laning against an AD assassin in midlane now is awful, they dont have to worry about resource management so they can just spam and throw out their spells to shove lane really hard, and unfortunantly if you are an ap carry you have to use your spells to push back, AP mid's are forced into this "build mana regen but chances are you will die 1v1 with no chance of survivle" Or "Build Zhonya's and have no mana regen to keep up with their constant shoving of the lane". The worst part about laning against ad champs in mid now is that Maw of malmortius exists, that item has armor pen which basically makes seekers armguard not safe to just sit on anymore, and it has the magic res and high ad. Its the jack of all trades item. "laning against an ap champ? Build maw. They have armor? build a maw."

i want an Item that gives me some ap (like 60-80 to be on par with athene's unholy grail) Decent armor so i can survive an ad assassins onslaught and be able to shove back without running oom and letting them outroam me.

Zhonya's isn't enough anymore with how much armor pen is out there.
