Matching with People from Previous Game

Is there any part of the matchmaking algorithm that accounts for not matching people with the same people they just played with?

If I like someone in my game Ill friend request them.

If Im Gold V and the Mordekaiser on my team is Plat V but ends the game 1/9 I really dont want to play with him again. Now I must make the classic dodge decision...
