Fantasy FF'S

What happens point wise when an enemy team FF'S? Does the team that didn't forfeit not have the ability to earn points for that day? If so that screws up alot of people who have NRG and FOX. I believe each player should just earn whatever their points per game average is at that time, but they can't just earn none for an entire day! Anyone know?
