Pinned Discussions + Moderation

Hi,

It doesn't look like there is much investment in these forums - out of date pinned discussions, and no sign of a sub-forum for recruitment (which is drowning out any other kind of discussion). While the latter may be out of the control of the Rioters that frequent these forums, there are a couple of simple things that they could do to make this forum a lot nicer to use.

It would be good to have some up to date pinned threads that are moderated for recruitment spam.

The 2016 Spring Split - Drafting Discussion is still pinned, but the 2016 Summer Split - Drafting Discussion isn't. I was going to recommend exchanging the pins on those two discussions, but this Summer discussion is already littered with links to join leagues.

A new (and pinned) 2016 Summer Split - Known Issues thread would also be good, rather than constantly adding to the Known Issues from last year. I have no idea if that thread is being looked at, so have no confidence that issues raise are being acknowledged/addressed, and creating a new discussion is almost pointless because it disappears in the recruitment spam.

While you might not have the time to moderate recruitment spam in pinned discussions, updating which discussions are pinned is a small investment in time that can make these forums look a lot more loved (even if you're not active within them).
