New Gamemode: Reworked

I understand how massive this would be, but think:

A game mode where the scalings and effects of every champion were changed to the extremes, keeping only the core themes of the champion.

Exs (Assume CDs are normal unless told otherwise):

Leona: passive: Hitting an auto attack applies sunlight, which Leona can proc with an ability to deal 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140 bonus magic damage. q: Empowers next auto to hit for 40/70/100/130/160 (*.8 bonus AD) and slow for 55% w: Grants bonus AD equal to 5/10/15/20/25% of current total AD, increasing by 10% after 3 seconds and dealing AOE damage equal to 4/6/8/10/12% of Leona's max health. e: regular e except it roots for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+.6 bonus AD) magic damage. r: changes to an AOE on demand blast that deals 150/250/350 (+100% total AD) and shreds 15% of the armor of enemies in the sweet spot for 5 seconds.

Mundo: passive: Regenerate .5% (+.5% per 100 AP) of maximum health per second and reduces the CD of his cleaver by .25 seconds upon autoing. q: Throws a cleaver, dealing 80/130/180/230/280 (+.8 bonus AP) and granting Mundo 30 MS for 2 seconds. w: Lights Mundo on fire, dealing 35/50/65/80/95 (+.3 bonus AP) in an AOE and healing Mundo for 4/6/8/10/12% of damage dealt while on, as well as reducing the CD of all of Mundo's non-ultimate abilities by .5 seconds every second this spell damages an enemy. e: Mundo gains AP equal to 40/55/70/85/100 + 1% of current AP per 2% of maximum health missing. r: Mundo passively gains health equal to .4 bonus AP, and can ult to double that value for 10 seconds, gaining a 50% AP boost and 55 MS.

Vayne: Passive: Vayne gains 2/2/3/3/4/4/5/5/6/6/7/7/8/8/9/10 bonus armor and mr for each time she is hit, stacking up to 5 times within 5 seconds of each other. q: Vayne tumbles, moving a set distance in a certain direction and causing her next auto to deal no damage and stun targets for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. w: every third auto, vayne siphons life from her target, regenerating 10/20/30/40/50 (+3/4/5/6/7% of targets max hp) and dealing half of that in magic damage (6 second CD on single targets). E: Vayne fired a bolt a long ways away, dragging any unit it hits forward 450 units and dealing 40/75/110/145/180 (+1/2/3/4/5% of Vayne's max HP) in magic damage, and stunning targets drug into other champions. r: Vayne enters the final hour of the hunt, gaining +10/15/20% of her max HP as bonus HP and amplifying her abilities. q: Now stuns .25/.5/.75 seconds longer and she tumbles 1.5x the distance, w shreds 2/3/4% of targets armor per hit passively e now drags enemies twice for 300 units each or until they reach vayne, behaving like a Thresh hook.

These are just a few of them. I've actually thought out a lot of these but didn't want to make the post too long. If you wanna hear a different champ's kit, just ask, or even make one yourself. Feel free to give feedback. Again, I know it's too big to ever happen, but wouldn't something like this be phenomenally interesting?

True, but in this, the changes to their kits would not be stated anywhere but in game, so to find the most op ones, you'd have to play them all and find out what they do.
