idea : champion select interface SKINS

i've just ventured out of GD, and went too far, before i knew it, i had arrived at a place called ''Maps & modes'', i had never been there before, and what i saw left me breathless.

I saw this. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/summoners-rift/uwqsFKUY-fan-made-champion-select-interface-hope-you-like-it

Then i had this idea, make custom champ select interfaces, and sell em!

What do you think, is this a good idea, could this be a thing?
