(Champion Concept) Ecretius, The Space Warper

This is my first try at a champion concept, so please stick with me. He came from thinking how fun it would be for a champion to create a supermassive black hole on the map, and then I wondered " what would the rest of his kit be?" This is Ecretius, who is designed to be a mobile zone control mage.

Passive- Spatial distortion

Can move through units, has tenacity in the passive, and gains 5%( or some other number) bonus stats from items( does not apply to passive/active abilities, or movespeed bonuses

Q Dark matter blast: 20-40-60-70-90 mana, 5/4.5/4/3.5.3 second cooldown

active- deals 50/70/100/150/200 magic damage + (.6 ap)+ ( dark matter stacks) in magic damage to a single target. The unstability of this energy causes the targets maxium health to decrease by 2/2.5/3/4/5% + .1 ap) for 7 seconds.

Passive- Generate dark matter stacks 1/2/3/3.4/4 a second, for a cap of (80/135/170/220/270) The rate of stack generation is halved once stacks reach 70/115/130/190/250. Casting consumes all dark matter stacks to deal 1 +(.07 AP) per stack

W: Wormhole 30-50-90-110-120 mana, 17/15/12/19/7 second cooldown Break time and space between yourself and a target location, moving yourself to it, and dealing magic damage

50/70/90/120/150 +( 0.7 AP) to nearby enemies , and a 50/45/40/30/20% chance to deal 30% of the damage to yourself A second wormhole within 15 seconds increases the chance to to self-damage by 30%

E- Ecretian disk- Create a minature singuarity which deals 70/90/130/160/180 magic damage per second over 2.5 seconds, for 3 ticks of damage , pulling enemies into itself, and stunning them if they are inside it once it collapses

R- Transpatial Distortion - No mana cost, but all empowered abilitys have 150% mana costs, 90/60/40 second cooldown( empowered abilities have separate internal cooldowns, indicated to Ecretius somehow( I have no idea here) Place down a device that alters reality, resetting all his cooldowns, and allowing him to empower 2 abilities for 10 seconds. These can be the same ability, but the cooldown reset only applies once.

Empowered q-7 sec empowered cooldown

Instantly generates max stacks, increases range by 100, doubles per stack and health decrease ap scaling, and refreshes q's cooldown

Empowered w- 90 second empowered cooldown

The vast instability of reality allows Ecretius to open a wormhole to any ally on the map after a 1.5 second cast time. The instability, however, may cause additional damage to Ecretius

Empowered E- 120 second empowered cooldown

Create a massive black hole, lasting for 6-8-10 seconds , which grows after 1/.8/.7 seconds, that deals 70/100/130/150/180 magic damage per second to enemies inside it, sucking them into its center( drag+ movespeed slow) .

If the black hole kills a enemy champion, it grows a bit larger and its duration increases. Enemy champions are stunned for 1.5 seconds and dealt 100/120/150/170/190 true damage if they are sucked into the center of the black hole, but are then immune to further stuns or damage from it. Due to the unstable nature of the black hole, enough magic damage can destroy it, instantly ending the black hole

I like the concept, don't get me wrong. The kit's pretty cool. But as I always say, you have to think about what it would be like to face your champion. If you wouldn't want to face them, then you have to throttle back some of their kit, reduce some damage, AP ratios, whatever.

I threw together a black-hole champ a while back but it's nowhere near as cool as yours. I only ask that you tone him down a bit lol.
