Should LeBlanc's "E" be revised?

I've noticed Riot is big on Champion individuality and I was just wondering should LeBlanc's "E" be revised? It's just like Karma's move but the only thing is, it seems like Karma's move is kind of Karma based right? Leblanc should have and Illusion move for her "E" ability since she gives the perception of an Illusionist. Here's my thoughts.

  1. Turn her passive into a the "E" Skill and recreate a new passive.
  2. Allow her to switch places with an Ally somehow.
  3. Allow her to clone an Ally (witch still does no damage like LeBlanc's passive now)
  4. Somehow tie in all of the above
  5. Tell me to kick rocks because you feel LeBlanc is OP ^_~

I like the sound of this, gives her more of that illusionist appeal which she should utilise to completely trick your opponents, instead of using E and blowing people up in less than 1 second. You can make plays with leblanc, but giving her these changes, would provide "fair" play and feel rewarding upon winning a fight.

Kick rocks LeBlanc is OP, any burst AP assassin with a silence and a stun (possibly two stuns) is unhealthy and allows for NO counterplay
