[Champion Concept] Banshee, Undead Princess (Monster Girl)
First off, all names and numbers are not important - is it all about concept and mechanics.
Secondly, this concept is created as a response to this thread about female monsters.
So we begin:
Banshee, Undead Princess
Princess of the Shadow Isles that is now a ghost (yes, I know that this was proposed zilean times before). She act like a real princess, with all that royal deamenor etc. About apperance - uh, she is undead, Riot can make some scary sheet here.
This means that she fill three blank spots in LoL, giving her enough themathic distinction:

She is a first ghost champion

She is a first real princess - the Royalty we have already in game doesn't act as a royalty at all

She is a female undead, what was asked for so long
Now, the Kit. In my take she is a close range AP bruiser/manatank that can be played both as a jungler or as a support.
Passive: Unity
Every health-healing she gains additionally heal her mana with 50% efficiency and vice versa.
What I mean is her healthregen, health pots, healing she receives etc. affects also her mana (at reduced rate) and other way around. It gives her very awsome sustain, both in line with pots and in jungle with SS regen passive.
Q: Screech
Banshee deals dmg and fear opponents in an area around her. The closer they are to the direction of cast the longer the fear last (between 0.5s and 1.5s).
To clarify, the longest fear is right in front of her, medium on the side and short over her back. It is AoE dmg and CC, but positioning and a direction of cast is still important
W: Chilling Mist
Banshee creates a width and slowly "unwraping" wall of mist in a chosen direction. It slows enemies for 1s and deals X dmg per second. The Mist dissipate after 4s.
Imagine Nami's ult but with a range of 700 and the projectile does nothing but leave a trail. Every "part" of the mist last 4 seconds, so the area at the end of range will evaporate last. It is awesome control area spell and can be used to set up a good Q.
E:
First cast - Memories: Banshee places a good/bad memories into a target mind, buffing/debuffing target's resistances by X%. Last for 3s.
Second cast (after a minimum 1s) - Remeber Me: Banshee dissappears from the map, after 0.5s she appears behind affected target consuming the buff/debuff.
Yes, targted gapcloser that can be used on both allies and enemies, but it has some counterplay. It is delayed by 1 second, so you can try to leave reactivation range or reposition, also using it cut off the benefits of the first cast.
R: Between Worlds - toggle, 10s CD, X mana per second upkeep
Banshee and her nearby allies become partially unmaterial. Banshee prevents 10/15/20% of the dmg and redirects next 30/25/20% of dmg taken by them to her manapool. Effect ends when run oom.
E.g. during activation your carry would take 1k dmg. He takes only 600 dmg - 100 are prevented and next 300 are substracted from Banshee's manapool. Before "this is mobile Maokai's ultimate!" - Mao's also deals a nice dmg and while have cast&unkeep cost, the dmg prevented are "endless and harmless" while Banshee can be drained form all her mana during 1-2s of bursty teamfight.
Build: Well, as mentioned before heavy manatank. AUG, RoA, FH and Seraph gives togheter good defensive, max CDR, awesome manapool and manaregen.
I would greatly appreciate a constructive feedback 'cause I know that this concept have many rough points but I think we can work it all out togheter :)
