Range: 175 (Melee)

Saya is a mobile melee Fighter/Assassin with the goal of finding and kicking her enemies' faces to the curb. Here are her abilities! The numbers are mainly to show what I imagine the power level they should have, but they may be over/undertuned. Feel free to tell me what you think!

###Passive: Overclock!!

Saya has a unique resource called Static. Her basic attacks and abilities generate 5/12.5/20 Static each time they hit a monster, enemy minion, or enemy champion. Once she reaches 100 Static, her next ability on activation Overclocks her systems, granting her 10%/25%/40% increased bonus AD for 10 seconds and gives her abilities additional effects for the duration. She loses 10 static per second, and once she reaches 0 static after being Overclocked, she may not generate more static for 10 seconds while her systems cool down. Her passive scales at levels 6 and 13. Static decays out of combat.

Smart use of her passive will be core to her success. If she overdrives at the wrong time, she may leave her self open to be killed quite easily. She must have her passive active to be able to activate her R, Crash the mode, so the enemy has time to take advantage of the downtime.

###Q: Hextech Overdrive

Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6

Saya activates her Hextech Greaves' speed enhancement systems, granting her a burst of (15%/25%/35%/45%/55%) movement speed for 2 seconds. Her next auto attack within 5 seconds deals (30/60/90/120/150 + 50% bonus AD) bonus physical damage. The cooldown starts after the auto attack.

While Overclocked, the movement speed burst is doubled **(30%/50%/70%/90%/110%)**and lasts 3 seconds, and her next attack knocks the target back a short distance. (Like Quinn's E)

While a powerful movespeed steroid, if Saya uses it willy nilly to attempt to escape, that lengthens the cooldown, making her decent at burst escapes, but lengthier chases might end in her death.

###W: Leap of Justice

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12

Range: 450

Saya's greaves rocket her a short distance to target location. Upon landing, she deals (50/60/70/80/90 + 20% bonus AD) physical damage in a small area. If this ability hits an enemy, Saya gains a damage blocking shield that blocks up to (50/75/100/125/150 + 50% bonus AD) for 3 seconds.

If Saya gets a kill or assist while Overclock!! is active, the shield is immediately activated, and the cooldown is reduced to 4 seconds if it was longer when she received the kill or assist.

This skill is very important to Saya's survival in a teamfight. Though the shield may not initially block very much damage on its first use, once people start dying on the enemy team the damage it can block really adds up. However, if she's using it as an escape she doesn't get the shield at all and it is put on a very large cooldown, so there is a long window of time that she can be reengaged upon.

###E: Stomping Shockwave

Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7

Range: 300 unit radius

Saya stomps the ground with her, sending a small shockwave from her location dealing (50/100/150/200/250 + 20% bonus AD + 70% AP) physical damage in the area and slowing all enemies caught in the shockwave by (50%/55%/60%/65%/70%) for 1.5 seconds. This ability does not interrupt Saya's movement.

While overclocked, Saya may recast this ability up to 3 seconds after the initial cast, dealing half of the damage and reapplying the full slow amount and duration.

The slow from this ability is very important to Saya, as it allows her to get extra hits in against her enemies or maybe even escape a bad situation by slowing her enemies. Though, since it is such a short range, she must be close to use it which could potentially put her in danger. However, this ability above all the rest of her kit is what she needs to master to get full use of her Ultimate.

###R: Crash The Mode

Cooldown: 90/75/60

Range: 800

Saya expends all of her remaining static to unleash a flurry of 4 powerful kicks in a cone for 2 seconds, dealing (20/80/140 + 75% total AD) physical damage per kick. At the end of her assault, Saya unleashes a powerful roundhouse kick, knocking back all enemies in the area and dealing (50/150/250 + 75% bonus AD) + 10% of their missing health as physical damage. Saya may reactivate the ability to end it early and instantly perform the final kick.

Choosing when to activate your ultimate on Saya is incredibly important, because afterwards you are vulnerable due to no longer being overclocked. Using her abilities effectively to position herself properly and getting the enemy set up for the full duration of her powerful Chun-Li-like ultimate is an incredible high moment for her, and when executed properly can be devastating.

These are Items I imagine she'd do well with:

For Offense: item 3074 item 3142 item 3153 item 3035 item 3172

For Defense: item 3143 item 3026 item 3102 item 3139

For Feet: item 3006 item 3111 item 3047

For Lulz: item 3078 item 3131 item 3031 item 3141

+1's for crashing the mode

In all seriousness though, I feel like there is a disconnect between her look and her play style: Her look makes it seem like she is efficient before anything, but her skill set and even the names of stuff make her seem more of a comic book hero OF JUSTICE. I dunno thats just my two cents.

Way too overloaded, look at the last few champions released look at their numbers and work off of those, I like the idea of the champion though.

The idea is there, but she seems too overpowered honestly, just in her skill set you have 3 ults from other champs and her passive is definitely way too much, all you would literally have to buy is a wits end, botrk, and a banshee's vale and never die.

You could take the slow off her E

maybe change the ult to an array of jumping kicks that can move on up to up to 3 targets, dealing 50, 75, 100 but ending with a spinning kick that does damage equal to 30% of your ap + 40% of your AD on top of a 100, 200, 300 scaling damage.

as for the passive, you can probably take the % down to 8% starting and scalling up to 25%. That would be more viable.

Other than that, I do like the idea of this champ, it seems to bring the mechanics piltover and zaun together.

This is an awesome idea and stuff, I just feel like people will think it's vi with thunder-thighs instead of fat-hands

I like this champ! The overclock system seems like a really cool idea to play around with and it adds an extra layer of strategizing when to engage.

The art is also very nice, and I can definitely see the parallels between Saya and Vi. Great work!

Nice idea, but too overpowered if someone know how to play her. W->Q->E->R->W (no time to react combo)
