New Champion Idea
New Champ: Kilvalp, (idk what the title should be)
Role: Mage
Appearance: Kilvalp will be the next black guy in lol. He wears a white expressionless mask and has short fuzzy hair.
Lore: Kilvalp has always been one for a good show. Every time a theater performance was displayed, you could be sure to find him in the audience. He watched with wide eyes as actors did various plays onstage and was so eager to become a part of it. He stated his career in theater, and in little to no time, had become the most know actor across the Shurima desert. He did shows fourteen times a week and did it happily, even with the low pay. Life was truly looking up for Kilvalp.
One day, as Kilvalp proceeded to his next showplace, he was mugged by a couple of thugs in a dark alley. They then stripped him of his clothing and left him to die in there. But he was found by a few kids, who brought him help. After weeks of recovery, he was finally able to carry on in his grand life as an actor. But on his way to his comeback show, he saw a couple of thugs assaulting a poor townswoman. He instantly recognized the thugs and planned to save them. He guised him self up as a common man wearing a white mask, and attacked the two men, saving the poor lady.
Kilvalp helped the lady onto her feet and ran to the theater to get back onstage. And after his performance, the woman he saved recognized him as the woman who saved her life, and from then on he wasn't the famous actor Kilvalp, he was now a brave fighter protecting his small town in Shurima. But he didn't want this, knowing it would bring unwanted attention, he decided to retire from acting and lay low. But even when going down to the local market he was recognized by thugs and mercenaries, eyeing him from dark corners. He then never left his house, sending a hired man to run his errands and visit the market for him.
But one night, whilst in his sleep, he heard a bump in his room and awoke instantly. Then he saw it, standing in front of him was a shadowy figure with its face covered by the dark of night. Then it bound Kilvalp to his bed with powerful magic and put a white mask mask on his face, then cast a spell on him, permanently attaching the mask to his face. Then the mysterious figure disappeared in a cloud of dust. Ever since Kilvalp has been trying to understand why he was given this painful burden, and how he could return to his former life, looking to the League of Legends for answers.
Abilities:
Passive- Practicing Lines: After each ability Kilvalp uses on an enemy champion, he "learns that players lines" and starts to take -.5 AP and -.25 AD from any champion. This stacks infinitely First Ability- Take a bow: Kilvalp takes a bow that deals AOE damage in a wide cone in front of him. This cone applies a new cc that I am patenting called "applause" where a champion will be stunned for .5(increasing by .45 per level) seconds, and any champions within 150 range are also hit with the stun. Second Ability-Dramatic Exit: Kilvalp "stabs" himself with a sword, and lies on the ground for 2 seconds, then he gets up and uses the sword in his three next basic attacks, the final of which he throws the sword, dealing moderately high damage and causing a bleed that last for 4 seconds. Third ability- Minor Character: Passively allows him to ignore all armor of any type to minions and monsters. But when active, it allows Kilvalp to transform into the closest minion within 400 units. once he transforms into them he is allowed to stand within a turrets circle for up to 2 seconds until the turret realizes he's an impostor, he may still attack in this form and be attacked in this form, but when he does, he has the exact stats of the minion he transformed into. Ultimate-Showstopper: Kilvalp channels for 1.5 seconds(quickly flips through script book) then the next ability he cast will put an immediate applause on all enemy champs.
