Blue and Red teams switching

I know this might sound silly but it crossed my mind cuz of how often it happens. Everyone knows that blue team is almost everyone's favourite, you can easily lock the camera if you want and it just feels more natural to play on blue team rather than red team. Personally, I hate red team. But what if there was a way to switch from red to blue team? hear me out:

I propose that when the first pick on Blue team misses their first ban, the teams should switch, Blue becomes red and Red becomes blue. That way it becomes sort of a punishment/choice. if they want red team they can have it, if they don't and their first pick is afk or not banning for some reason, they become the Red team.
