What if the community could help out more?

I just had the idea as I was looking through champion spotlights, ability videos, and such. What if Riot allowed the community to make their own videos and send them in to be decided on if they would be used or not? I mean come on, some of the champs who at least have had texture/particle updates have ability videos that are total crap and from 2010. Since it's not terribly important(although it actually kind of is, it would help out new players a lot, especially with new spotlights, which could include tips and stuff) to focus on, why not? And it could even be made into a sort of contest thing, where Riot looks for a certain champion's videos to be updated, and the winners get a reward, with the runnsers up getting a lesser reward.

Anyone at Riot want to push the idea?
