Rien: Lord of Nothing

Stats: Mage stats Ranged uses mana

Passive:I feel nothing: Rien can pass through minions and every 20 secs Rien can move through a wall,cooldown reduced by minion kills

Q:Unmade bolt: Rien fire off a bolt that will cancel out any spell being cast and banishing the champion for 0.5 secs.

W:one with nothing: Rien locks himself to one champion in range slowing them and creates a small area that they cant move out of.

E:speed of nothing: Rien disappers and reappears 0.5 secs later flashing a short distance dealing damage to where he was and where he will be.

R:nothing consume you: Rien releases a wave of nothing resetting all of his cooldowns around him while this wave of nothing is up any enemy caught is banished and takes magic damage they reappear a second later in the same postion but they are now all snared

There is a place beyond runeterra,beyond even the void,a place of nothing a place where there is no time,no magic,no movement.Many have gone to that place but only one has ever returned.
