Every item is free, played on the Crystal Scar (or SR), everyone is level 18, instead of objectives, it can be team deathmatch, first to 50 kills? This would be so incredibly amazing for people who don't have the time for a 40 minute match, and they can just join as malzahar, buy their crap, have some fun, leave. there could be a penalty for leaving and joining in frequent succession (to deter people who are just dodging losing games)

You could do this without being able to join / drop out with any consequence like a normal game.

I like the idea of building stuff right as you join, would be fun to see some champs that aren't played because of shitty lane phase.
