Oyo - New champ I was thinking of...

Hello! I just wanted to share something about a new champ I was thinking of...

**Oyo - the Dark Leader - Melee - Fighter/Supporter - ** Skills - Passive - Warm-Hearted Leader - Within a 1000 range, if there is an Ally Champion, their movement-speed is increased by 5%, damage by 2.5%, and attack-speed by 5%.

** Q - Dimension Slash -** 65/80/90/105/125 - charges for 1 second and then releases a small purple "crescent-like" wave, and damages enemies in its path. 10% damage less per enemy, (champion or minions), hit. No more than 30% - (7 targets) Dmg per lvl - 50/75/90/110/125

** W - Slow Charge -** 50/50/50/50/50 - Oyo throws a purple dark oval-shaped ball, and it slows a enemy target, and it also deals damage. Dmg per lvl - 35/45/55/65/75 Slow "Amount of Time" per lvl - 1.25/1.50/1.75/2/2.25

** E - Morale Enragement -** 25/40/55/70/85 - Oyo targets an ally, (champ or minion), and grants them _% movement-speed, _% more damage, _% more magic resistance, and _% more attack-speed. (does stack with passive if a champ). % movement-speed per lvl - 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% % damage per lvl - 2.5%, 3.5%, 5%, 6.5%, 8% % magic resistance per lvl - 2.5%, 3.5%, 5%, 6.5%, 8% % attack-speed per lvl - 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 15%, 20%

R - Ult - Dark Enrichment - 100/250/350 - Oyo taunts, any champion may attack him. He then quickly disappears, for 0.5 seconds, and then slashes the enemy champion 4 times with his "cresent-shaped" sword. dmg per lvl per slash - 55/95/155
