As usual, the absence of women from all junctures of the LCS was starkly apparent to me and I was not able to watch any episodes this most recent installation (MSI). Please stop artificially limiting women from these activities.
They aren't. In fact, there was once an all female LCS Pro team, named Team Banshee or something.
They got destroyed. Not because they were girls, but because they just weren't as good. Gender has nothing to do with how good your are in pro play, it just so happens that no pro players are girls. There is no conspiracy at play.

If no female gamers make it there, then there are no female gamers in the championship series. Gender doesn't matter at all.

Well supposedly the vast majority of people playing league are male, so that might cause a large skew as well.
there was once a female lcs team they lost so much that they never made it that far gender has nothing to do with it. im sure there are female players that could make it in the lcs but currently it doesnt appear many care about it enough.
They just need to get good. If there was a Challenger-ranked female who a professional team felt would improve their team, they most definitely would sign her on. There just aren't any out there.
Also I think China has a girls-only tournament for female students.

Teams might be somewhat hesitant because they live in the same house, so I guess sexual harassment could be a thing with immature players. But even then, there are always teams looking for good players. If any girl were pro level, I'm sure someone would sign them. The real reason why there are no pro girls is because there's not nearly as many girls in League as boys, so a really good one hasn't come along yet.
