Champions disappear?
Sometimes during a game a champ will disappear for 3-4 seconds. The observer will try to follow where they think the champion went. Why does this happen?

I believe what you're talking about is the Fog of War stuff. Normally, the observers can see everything that either team can see. However, when it is important, they turn the Fog of War on for one team or the other, so that you can only see what one team can see. It's so you can see specific vision-related things.
